I’ve been keeping up with Wyrmwood for a while now, i just like the way they seem to do things.

They’re upfront when something goes sideways, which I appreciate. Like, they’re not perfect or anything, but they don’t come across as this polished, faceless gaming brand trying to hide behind corporate speak.

That kind of thing matters to me. I’d feel good buying from them, and yeah, I’d definitely recommend them to friends who are into tabletop stuff too

The edges look really good and give it a nice clean finish. That said, a few parts didn’t line up quite right, which was a little frustrating during setup. Overall though, it still looks decent once everything is in place.

My order shipped right on time, and tracking it was super easy. The box showed up in good shape too, no dents or weird delays or anything. So yeah, happy with how it all went.

I ordered from Wyrmwood a while back, I think it was sometime in late March or maybe early April, and the actual payment part went through without any real trouble. I got the confirmation email quickly too, so at first everything seemed totally fine.
The only thing that threw me off was the billing info. The charges and pending amounts were a bit confusing, and I had to go back and double-check what had actually been paid. I reached out to support and they did answer, though it took a little longer than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the billing side was a bit easier to follow.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and I have to admit, it does feel like it’s built to last. I was a little skeptical at first because things don’t always hold up the way they claim, but so far it’s been sturdy and reliable. I guess time will tell, but for now I’m pleasantly surprised

My order got here on time and nothing was damaged so that was good. The box looked beat up though and the packing inside felt kind of cheap for what I paid. The product itself was totally fine I just expected it to be packed a little better.

But they, actually, they got back to me the same day, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. They fixed it fast and kept me updated the whole time. Just genuinely nice customer service, which feels rare these days, so it really stood out. I’d definitely order from them again

I don’t really get some of the nitpicky concerns people bring up, because this table has worked really well for us. The topper comes on and off without any hassle, the cup holders actually stay in place, and the rail is comfortable even after sitting there for a few hours. We’ve been using the storage for dice and cards, which keeps everything from ending up all over the room. We’ve had friends over twice now, and it just makes playing easier. No complaints from me so far

The custom choices were okay, I found a few options that worked for what I needed, but nothing really stood out as amazing

Ordered from Wyrmwood. It was easy. Found what I needed fast. Cart worked fine. Checkout was quick, no weird issues. Shipping and payment were clear. No hassle at all.

I’ll admit, Wyrmwood products do look really nice, and that’s what drew me in at first. But once you actually look at the prices, it gets hard to justify. I feel like there’s a lot of vague talk about quality and craftsmanship, but for what you actually get, it just doesn’t feel like it lives up to the price. I expected a lot more for the money.

I’m really grateful for how simple the whole experience was. I found what I needed quickly, the pages loaded without any problems, and checkout was easy to get through. No weird issues on my end at all

Had a decent experience overall. They kept me updated on my order, and the messages were clear enough, so that was nice. It did take a little longer than I was hoping for, but it’s fine, totally fine. At least I never felt like I was being left in the dark, which helped.

I preordered the table knowing it wasn’t going to show up overnight, and that ended up being true to the timeline they gave me. I got production updates around when I expected them, and it shipped close to the original window. Nothing dramatic happened, which is kind of what you hope for with a preorder. You just have to be okay with waiting a bit.

I was expecting it to take longer or to find some random part missing, but everything was there and it came together really fast. Nice surprise for once.

The woodwork does feel sturdy and clean, which I appreciate, but I was a bit disappointed overall. I expected it to look a little more polished for the price
